As we expand our consultancy services in Poland, we are looking for Data Scientists and Data Engineers to join our growing team. If you're passionate about working with data, solving complex problems, and contributing to impactful projects, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:

  • Design, build, and maintain data pipelines and infrastructure for large-scale data processing and analytics
  • Work with data scientists and business stakeholders to identify trends, insights, and solutions using data analysis techniques
  • Analyze and interpret complex datasets, utilizing advanced statistical models and machine learning algorithms
  • Ensure the quality, accuracy, and security of data systems
  • Implement data integration solutions across different platforms and systems
  • Contribute to the optimization of data processing workflows and systems
  • Take part in collaborative projects with multidisciplinary teams to drive data-driven decision-making

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience as a Data Scientist or Data Engineer, with hands-on experience in Python, R, SQL, and/or other relevant programming languages
  • Strong knowledge of data analysis, machine learning, and statistical modeling techniques
  • Experience working with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Familiarity with ETL processes and data warehousing
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  • A passion for working with data and deriving actionable insights
  • Applicants must be located in Poland and have the right to work in the country
