Detailed description of work task to be carried out

PMO Specialist - be the bridge between Execution Leaders and Project Portfolio Management and a key enabler for successful execution of Projects, Programmes and Agile Release Trains.

 

Desirable Requirements:

  • You have worked as PMO Specialist on medium to large scale Projects, Hubs or Programmes for +2 yrs
  • You have a deep understanding of financial processes and experiencing in cost estimations, accruals creation and invoice handling
  • PMI or similar PMO/Project Management certification
  • Exposure to Agile processes and methodologies
  • Experience in using SharePoint, Confluence, Teams, JIRA, PPM

 

Description of knowledge and experience

Experience:

  • Finance (Actuals, Forecast, Accruals, Invoice Tracking)
  • Delivery Management (Key Milestones Tracking, Communication of Deliveries, Portfolio Health)
  • Reports and KPIs (Financial Reports, Progress Reports, Team Reports, KPIs Reporting)
  • Dependency Management (Dependency Map and Follow-up)
  • Resources Management (Demand & Supply Map, On/Off-boarding, Time Reporting)
  • Carry out risk assessments both for the overall programme level and to ensure it is done on a workstream level. This includes relevant QRAs / CRMAs.
  • Status updates in the various tools we need to use for regulatory initiatives. Mainly Irma and a PowerApp tool developed by Group Regulatory Affairs.
  • Govern a traceability matrix that we need to keep updated for regulatory projects.
  • Support programme manager with driving one of the workstreams. Activities consist of breaking down the DORA legislative articles into internal requirements that we can use for conducting a gap analysis. The gap analysis is needed to define what activities we need to add to the line teams involved and/or existing projects.

 

Ideal candidate has also experience:

  • Able to communicate effectively and drive follow up actions to different stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Risk Management (QRA, risk analysis and assessment)
  • Experience in a regulatory implementation initiative.
