We’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic and experienced Office Management Specialist (m/f/x)   to ensure our workplace runs smoothly and fosters a vibrant, collaborative, and safe environment. Job Description

Your Playing field:

Ensure seamless office operations – You will provide hands-on support to the team, ensuring that all office management services are delivered efficiently and professionally. Coordinate projects and office initiatives – You will work closely with colleagues, stakeholders, and management to drive office-related projects and ensure successful implementation. Manage office space planning – You will own the planning and coordination of office layouts, ensuring all changes are executed smoothly. Organize events – You will plan and deliver internal and external events, keeping them in line with company requirements and budget, making sure every event is engaging and memorable. Handle travel arrangements – You will manage travel bookings, including flights and accommodation, ensuring that employees’ business trips are organized and hassle-free. Oversee health and safety – You will ensure the office is compliant with all health and safety regulations, coordinate safety meetings, and provide necessary training for employees. Manage local suppliers – You will be responsible for building relationships with local vendors, ensuring that office services are delivered effectively. Take on ad-hoc tasks – You will handle various administrative responsibilities as needed to support the business and help it run smoothly.

Qualifications

Which skills you bring to the pitch:

Education : You are holding a degree-level education or equivalent qualifications. Experience : You have proven experience in office management. First experience in a tech or digital environment is a plus. Skills : Excellent organizational skills, strong multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to meet tight deadlines. Strong communication  and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Self-motivated  with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Languages : Fluent Polish and English (written and spoken) is essential.
