Main responsibilities:

Develop and maintain privacy program documentation & reporting Draft privacy notices, policies and procedures, as well as privacy program communications, training and other materials Conduct research on privacy topics, laws and regulations; coordinate, monitor and report on implementation of related change management processes Develop, implement and conduct international privacy risk assessments as well as corresponding contract term playbooks and reviews Provide support, conduct review for and complete responses to general privacy inquiries as well as individuals exercising privacy rights Work closely with the Verisk Global Privacy Program Director, privacy staff and global stakeholders in implementing and maintaining enterprise privacy projects as well as special initiatives (, due diligence, merger & acquisition activities) Provide operational or administrative support for privacy program activities as needed Conduct potential privacy incident investigations in collaboration with internal stakeholders

Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate with:

Solid experience in privacy/data protection, including responsibility for managing privacy activities and program management functions  In-depth knowledge of GDPR and other relevant privacy laws and regulations. Strong leadership and project management skills. Experience in drafting, communicating and managing legislative/regulatory change management and compliance initiatives Experience contributing to training courses and/or independently delivering material to defined audiences Ability to work collaboratively in an international environment. Relevant certifications in privacy and data protection (, CIPP, CIPM, CIPT) are a plus.
