As a part of the Business Services Competency Center at Sii, we are running a project for an international company from the banking sector. The role is part of a program of work to transform the Product Control function through organizational change, process improvement and simplification combined with an investment in enhancing the technology available to the users.

Your role Support the value stream lead by conducting high-quality project analysis and documentation aligned with the Change Framework Collaborate closely with the local product control team to assess the impact of change requirements on day-to-day activities and document necessary changes for business adoption, adhering to relevant frameworks Lead the business aspect of system testing, ensuring thorough test coverage of Finance requirements Coordinate Finance elements of User Acceptance Tests Ensure timely completion of all assigned tasks as per agreed timelines and plans Maintain client’s internal control standards, including prompt implementation of internal and external audit points and resolution of any issues raised by external regulators Ensure compliance with client and regulatory standards, addressing any issues to optimize relations with regulators Understand, follow, and demonstrate compliance with all relevant internal and external rules, regulations, and procedures (specifically Internal Controls and Compliance policies) Your skills Prior working knowledge of Global Banking and Markets via line role experience within accounting verticals Project Delivery experience of at least two years (either through a line role or as part of a project team) Good understanding of Project Lifecycle Previous work with Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, Access Strong analytical skills, problem-solving, and attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to communicate effectively with all stakeholders and produce clear project artifacts Ability to work both autonomously and to contribute to a teamJob no.240424-UHO68
