WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

Processing and controlling the warranty claims Creating and optimizing the SAP warranty check Processing and monitoring of the guarantee and quality data SAP Model master / Customer master setup and maintenance Cost control First line support for Horizon issues Daily credit limit management Stock disposal arrangement.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

2-3 years of professional experience (field service, after-sales service) Technical and analytical skills Strong knowledge of MS Office Good knowledge of SAP Service orientation Advanced knowledge of English is a must Availability to come to the office
