Responsibilities
Deliver guidance and support to managers in operational and strategic HR areas by providing insights, professional advice and cost-effective solutions Coordinate HR employee life cycle Support in ensuring smooth payroll and HR administration calendar realization Processing benefits administration Manage labor relations for supported site Provide high-quality HR analysis, reports and documents relating personal data Assisting with any other administrative tasks when they arise Implement locally HR global processes, tools, policies and initiativesRequirements
2+ year of hands-on experience in a HR Generalist role Expertise in managing the full employee life-cycle Solid expertise in labour law Ability to work independently and take on increasing responsibilities over time Communicative English (min. B2) High attention to details Very good and practical knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel) Strong communication and interpersonal skills
