We are on the search for the skilled SAP Project Manager fluent in both German and English, who will will play a vital role in driving the success of SAP initiatives while utilizing your language skills to effectively communicate with stakeholders. Tasks:

  • Understanding customer's business requirements and creating respective project plan to achieve success
  • Planning, managing, and controlling project team, ensuring successful delivery of key outcomes which includes developing work plans, gathering data, leading analytical efforts, and developing recommendations
  • Ensuring the scope delivery
  • Following Bosch procedures and guidelines for Project Excellence
  • Monitoring progress against the plan and initiating necessary corrective action
  • Resolving issues and solving problems throughout the project life cycle
  • Ensuring timely completion of project deliverables and buy-in of stakeholders
  • Providing presentations on status which includes milestone achievement, financials, resources; progress on deliverables, risks
  • Leading and motivating project team members on a proactive basis
  • Being the key interface between the customer and the development team

Qualifications

Professional qualifications: 

  • 5+ years in project management, managing IT projects of varying sizes
  • Experience in SAP project management
  • Flexibility in implementation of project management methodologies: Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall
  • Proficiency in English and German language (speaking and writing)
  • Ability to work in multi-cultural environment
  • Willingness to travel to customer location in Germany (approx. 10-15%)
  • Knowledge of industry best practices for project management, change management and business case development, with the ability to apply best practices
  • Critical thinking skills, including the capacity to identify and appropriately assess and order competing interests and priorities
  • Strong interpersonal and relation building skill
  • Flexibility and openness to learn new things
  • Organizational skills and demonstrated capacity to develop and implement practical strategies, plans, and solutions to identified issues and problems
