New Products & Artworks Coordinator

In this role you will initiate the new packaging and product development process upon the request received from the Marketing Department of the relevant country or from Brand Teams, coordinating plant & Co-man leg of the process in every aspect, managing the coordination, and required workflow between the supplier, planning department, procurement department and Selection during the packaging process of the new product.

Your responsibilities

Project management of New Product Launch (NPL) and other projects ensuring coordination between all internal & external stakeholders to achieve targeted first production dates. Carrying out packaging design co-ordination and sample works required for the package of the new product. Coordinating artwork priorities information between PCM, Planning Dept & Selection. Obtaining product GTIN numbers and communicating them to external suppliers for implementation within the artworks and further verification and approval of artwork with relevant functions. Managing communication flow between Selection, suppliers, supply planning and production department to ensure delivery of project on time. Responding to any kind of question and complaint received from countries. Updating all departments at the factory on artwork change projects, managing artwork change projects coordinating project steps with all departments.

We need you to bring in:

Bachelor’s degree (preferably knowledge on graphic, design, and new product development) Good level of Polish and English (B1) Strong communication and organizational skills Problem solving skills Attention to detail and workflow management Team-oriented mindset Familiarity with print colors and techniques will be of benefit Knowledge of MS Excel Ability to make rapid and precise decisions.
