Marsh Graduate Development Program - Kraków

Marsh Graduate Development Program skierowany jest do ambitnych i znających języki obce studentów i absolwentów uczelni wyższych, którzy chcą rozwijać swoje kompetencje i zdobywać doświadczenie w obszarach związanych z zarządzaniem ryzykiem, ubezpieczeniami, działalnością brokerską, jak również sprzedażą tych usług.

Program zakłada zaangażowanie w projekty realizowane przez jedną z wybranych specjalizacji, poznając przy tym specyfikę działania międzynarodowej firmy brokerskiej:

Ubezpieczenia majątkowe w segmencie klienta korporacyjnego i strategicznego

Ryzyka finansowe i profesjonalne

Ryzyka kredytowe (należności handlowe)

Ubezpieczenia osobowe

Twoje typowe zadania mogą obejmować m.in.:

Codzienną współpracę z zespołem w celu zdobycia praktycznej wiedzy z zakresu ubezpieczeń i usług brokerskich

Wsparcie Brokerów w zakresie porównania warunków ubezpieczenia / przygotowania raportów i ofert

Przygotowanie prezentacji i innych materiałów dla klienta

Generowanie raportów / benchmarków

Rejestrację polis w wewnętrznych systemach firmy

Przygotowywanie tłumaczeń

Udział w szkoleniach


To staż dla Ciebie, jeśli:

Interesuje Cię kariera w ubezpieczeniach / zawód Brokera i umiesz to uzasadnić

Jesteś studentem ostatnich lat lub absolwentem , preferowane kierunki: ubezpieczenia, ekonomia, finanse, prawo, filologia angielska / polska

Bardzo dobrze posługujesz się językiem polskim i znasz język angielski na poziomie minimum B2

Twoja dyspozycyjność to minimum 30 godzin tygodniowo.

Bardzo dobrze znasz pakiet MS Office

Potrafisz efektywnie organizować swój czas pracy

Analizujesz i dbasz o dokładność podczas realizacji zadań
