Global Data Privacy Specialist In Poland - Warsaw

We are looking for a dynamic and eager to make a real impact Data Privacy Specialist for our Legal, Compliance & Risk team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE), with a strong experience supporting company’s international compliance efforts related to data privacy. This position supports the operation of our global data privacy management system and works closely with the Data Protection Officer. It furthermore provides direct support and practical guidance to our business and internal functions on data privacy matters. Prior experience in an internal legal or compliance role or an international consulting organization is highly desirable. How you will create an impact:
  • Data Privacy Management: Provide expert support for the implementation and operation of our Data Privacy Management System based on OneTrust, ensuring it aligns with global standards and company policies.
  • Data Privacy Advisory: Cooperating with multi-level internal stakeholders and business partners across the organization to ensure proper data privacy management and compliance processes execution.
  • Privacy Contracting: Review and negotiate international privacy contracts with external business partners in close collaboration with internal business stakeholders.
  • Training & Development: Reviewing internal policies, standards, procedures, and other documentation applicable to area of data protection; Assist in the development and delivery of training programs for employees.
Your profile:
  • University degree with proven experience in Law, Data Protection or Information Technology, or demonstrable similar relevant experience.
  • 3+ years of experience within a legal, compliance or audit role advising on privacy and data protection.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory, proficiency in German or another EU language is a significant advantage.
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with OneTrust privacy modules will be an advantage.
