Financial Controller CEE

For our Client - international manufacturing company - we are looking for an expert in costing, who could set up a new costing model with operations.

Responsibilities:

• prepare and review month-end closing reports and provide all other ad-hoc analysis,
• maintaining and improving reporting and forecasting tools to increase effectiveness,
• preparing management reporting and analyses for the Monthly Calls with the Senior Leadership Teams,
• close alignment with the Regional Finance Team and other plants to drive improved and standardized processes,
• participate in cross-team projects to bring tangible improvements,
• planned and actual unit production cost calculation,
• calculation of prices for finished goods, materials, merchandise, spare parts and services,
• analysis of margin across various products/customers,
• being an active member of implementation of new pricing strategy and delivering data for new product costing activities.

Requirements:

• university degree in business with focus on analytics or financial analysis,
• about 6-10 years of working experience in area of financial analysis in manufacturing company,
• profound  knowledge of costing methods, overhead validations and cost of sales validation,
• good English spoken and written,
• computer skills with focus and MS Office and experience to work with ERP system with production module,
• strong analytical and problem solving skills.
