Rekrutację prowadzimy dla globalnego dostawcy rozwiązań do likwidacji szkód komunikacyjnych. Nasz Klient dostarcza użytkownikom, w oparciu o zintegrowaną platformę komunikacji i wymiany danych, produktów i usług umożliwiających kompletną, fachową i szybką obsługę procesu likwidacji szkód.

Twój zakres obowiązków:

  • Generowanie, przeglądanie i przetwarzanie faktur z precyzją i przestrzeganiem terminów
  • Upewnianie się, że faktury są dokładne, kompletne i ściśle zgodne z polityką firmy i odpowiednimi przepisami
  • Przetwarzanie specjalnych wniosków rozliczeniowych i korekt
  • Kontakt z Klientem
  • Odpowiadanie na zapytania i wątpliwości klientów związane z ich rachunkami
  • Analizowanie danych rozliczeniowych w celu identyfikacji trendów, potencjalnych problemów i obszarów wymagających poprawy.
  • Przygotowywanie i przesyłanie raportów podsumowujących działania związane z rozliczeniami w razie potrzeby

Czego oczekujemy?

  • Wykształcenia wyższego z finansów, księgowości, biznesu lub pokrewnej dziedziny (lub równoważne doświadczenie zawodowe)
  • Minimum 2 lata doświadczenia w rozliczeniach
  • Biegłej znajomości języka francuskiego, włoskiego i angielskiego min. B2/C1
  • Biegłej znajomości pakietu MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Znajomość innego języka obcego będzie dodatkowym atutem
