Our client is one of the leading companies in the laboratory testing market. They have been operating since over 3 decades and offer a wide range of diagnostic tests for patients, companies and medical facilities. They have modern laboratories in every major city in Poland. They work on medical equipment, conduct online medical consultations, and have a platform where patients can download test results.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Technical Lead, leading a team of approximately 10 members
- Strong analytical skills for problem-solving
- Excellent knowledge of C# and the .NET platform (version 6+)
- Expertise in writing SOLID code
- Familiarity with Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and the ability to assess the appropriateness of using tactical patterns
- Deep understanding of architectural and design patterns
- Hands-on experience with distributed architecture systems
- Proficiency in building Event-Driven architecture systems
- Experience leading teams using Agile principles, with strong mentoring, motivation, and team development skills
- Proactive mindset and leadership qualities
Nice to Have:
- Knowledge of Entity Framework Core
- Experience with Apache Kafka
- Familiarity with PostgreSQL/MS SQL database systems
- Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- Experience with Microsoft Azure services
- Understanding of integration patterns
