Join one of the largest financial institutions in the world as a Senior Oracle Administrator. We are looking for a skilled individual for the infrastructure delivery team in the Payments IT department. The team builds and supports infrastructure in various technologies including Linux, MQ, WAS, and Oracle.

Your role Cooperate with application teams around the world to deliver projects and consulting services while maintaining good relationships Collaborate with the global IT payments team to deliver infrastructure and standardization projects Design, review, and optimize databases according to application requirements Install and administer database servers in accordance with Group standards, identifying the causes of problems and implementing preventive measures Create and implement self-service solutions that automate database operations Monitor performance, manage capacity, and schedule backups and tasks Create and update documentation regarding the installation, configuration, and administration of database servers Your skills Experience in database support in mission-critical Application Strong understanding of technology layers in application landscape, storage, OS, network, database, application, Understanding of customer's needs and delivering excellent customer service, Hands-on experience in Agile/DevOps environment Openness to work from the office in Krakow once a month Very good knowledge of spoken and written English
