In our team you will provide support  for projects for a European institution, concerning security and border control activities.

Responsibilities:

Perform the final editing of user manualsand technical documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, consistency, andclarity. Write specifications, concept documents,end user and technical documentation. Liaise effectively with stakeholders ontechnical and user requirements matters. Provide standards to document thestructure, layout, and style of the technical documentation, and provideguidance to other team members. Prepare and provide presentations inEnglish about the project. Plan, prepare, and deliver technicaltrainings in English, prepare training documents and materials. Maintain the documentation baseline and thedocument repository.

WHAT DO WE NEED IN OUR TEAM?

We are looking for experienced Technical English Writer  with:

Bachelor’s degree in studies conducted inEnglish, complemented with technical experience. Minimum 4 years of experience in draftingand/or editing technical and user documentation in English. Native-level command of English, thoroughknowledge of ICT terminology and concepts. Proven experience preparing and conductingpresentations and training materials in English

We will also value:

Bachelor’s degree (or above) in technicalstudies. Experience in document design andpreparation of templates. Usage of software packages like Snagit.
