PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

Infrastructure Solution Architect  for physical sites(this position will be more manufacturing/site oriented)

As an Infrastructure Architect in the Pure Play project, you will be responsible for designing, planning, and implementing the Technology Infrastructure required to set up new sites

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless transition and alignment with the company’s IT Strategy.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The candidate lead the setup of new manufacturing/offices locations from an IT standpoint. 

He will be in charge of doing the discovery, handling business communication, gathering all the information, documenting the requirements and creating the FMO architecture design documents.

After the design phase he will be in charge of coordinating the internal teams for implementation.

REQUIREMENTS:

At least 5 years of experience working for an engineering/manufacturing company as an infrastructure architect overseeing the following areas:

Network  - WAN,LAN,WIFI, firewalls 

Workplace  - end user management, SCCM, intune, printer management, etc

Platform/datacenters  - hardware configuration and architecture design experience - blades, racks, storage boxes

Site management  - coordinating onsite support, creating processes for site management, overseeing site management during the transition phase 

Coordination skills are a must with a proven track record.

Communication skills are also vital. The individual needs to be pro-active, able to work independently.
