Cześć,  Z tej strony Neontri - jesteśmy firmą liczącą ponad 120 osób, która specjalizuje się w 2 obszarach:-tworzymy systemy, które zlecają nam nasi Klienci (najczęściej tworzymy coś od zera, albo dodajemy w pełni nowe funkcjonalności) głównie z obszaru: finansowego, bankowego, fin-tech, e-commerce - choć nie tylko :)-wspieramy naszych Klientów w rekrutacji Specjalistów, a naszym Kandydatom staramy się dobrać jak najlepiej dopasowane oferty (tzw. bodyleasing) Co może nas wyróżniać spośród innych firm i dlaczego warto rozpocząć z nami współpracę? 1. Projekt:Aktualnie poszukujemy do naszego Klienta z branży płatniczej Senior Software Engineering Managera do nowego Huba IT.
Będziesz odpowiedzialny za strategię, wizję i przywództwo techniczne działom zajmującym się rozwojem produktów.

Do Twoich zadań należeć będzie m.in.:
- zatrudnianie i rozwój najlepszych talentów inżynieryjnych, utrzymując wysokie zaangażowanie i motywację zespołu, a jednocześnie zapewniając dobre wyniki
- prowadzenie, zarządzanie, dostosowywanie produktu i zarządzanie obciążeniem pracą 

Szukamy osoby z doświadczeniem w:
- roli people managera z backgroundem technicznym (co najmniej kilka lat)
- zakresie architektury/inżynierii 
- tworzeniu kodu w HTML, Javascript, .Net
- CLM (Contract Lifecycle Managment)
lub/i
- implementacji Microsoft Dynamics CRM, w tym platformy, które obejmują Big Data
- Icertis - jako bardzo duży atut

Zespoły są anglojęzyczne.
