Service & Solutions Delivery Junior Specialist with French
Job Description
As a Services & Solutions Delivery Specialist within the Parts process you are responsible for making sure that spare parts are available and delivered for our customers and Service Engineers from France. As a Services Specialist you will ensure quality and functionality of Philips equipment to care of our customer’s needs. Manage service requests and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction on a daily basis.
Your role:
Receiving POs from customer and Service Engineers for spare parts Processing POs in the system which ends with an automatic request to the transportation department Managing invoice disputes on customer requests including issuing credit & debit invoices Informing customers about delays and interruptions with delivery Managing customers queries for spare parts such as price requests or follow-up on PO status Receiving, monitoring, and ensuring closure on time of all kinds of Service requests Developing and maintaining high standards of telephone conversations and written communications with Customers and Service ProvidersOur benefits:
