Net PC to IT Software House. Specjalizujemy się w budowaniu aplikacji webowych i mobilnych, integrujemy nasze oprogramowanie z innymi systemami. Lubimy duże architektury oraz skomplikowane tematy biznesowe i technologiczne. Pomagamy klientom biznesowym, instytucjonalnym, rządowym.

Nasz zespół tworzą Komandosi IT. Co to znaczy? Profesjonaliści, pasjonaci, których do działania motywują wyzwania i różnorodność dziedzinowa budowanych systemów. Jako Komandosi IT sprawdzamy się w każdym terenie, rozbrajamy różnorodne tematy.

Tym będziesz się zajmować:

  • koordynacją prac zespołów wytwórczych w celu zapewnienia terminowego i zgodnego z wymaganiami dostarczenia projektów
  • udziałem w planowaniu projektów (w tym strategia dostarczania produktów projektu) oraz analizie biznesowej/systemowej
  • zarządzaniem zakresem projektu i wymagań, w celu osiągnięcia ustalonych celów biznesowych
  • monitorowaniem postępów projektów oraz identyfikacją i zarządzaniem ryzykiem i problemami
  • utrzymywaniem regularnej komunikacji z klientami, w celu zapewnienia zgodności projektów z ich oczekiwaniami
  • raportowaniem postępów projektów zarządowi i klientom
  • zapewnieniem wysokiej jakości dostarczanych usług poprzez stałą ocenę i doskonalenie procesów realizacji projektów

Idealnie odnajdziesz się w naszym zespole, jeśli:

  • posiadasz doświadczenie na stanowisku Delivery Managera lub podobnym, w projektach IT po stronie dostawcy oprogramowania
  • znasz metody analizy biznesowej / systemowej
  • znasz metodyki zarządzania projektami (np. Scrum, Kanban)
  • potrafisz skutecznie koordynować pracą zespołów wytwórczych
  • posiadasz doskonałe umiejętności komunikacyjne oraz zdolność budowania trwałych relacji z klientami
  • posiadasz znajomość narzędzi do zarządzania projektami oraz raportowania postępów (np. Jira, MS Project)
  • umiejętnie radzisz sobie ze zmieniającymi się priorytetami
  • posiadasz wykształcenie wyższe związane z informatyką, zarządzaniem projektami lub pokrewnymi dziedzinami
  • znasz dobrze język angielski (poziom min. B2)

Mile widziane:

  • certyfikaty w zakresie zarządzania projektami
