What the Role Entails 1. Create the overall vision of the games, including designing gameplay, characters, content, interface, aduio assets, stories, and overall game structure. 2. Define game features and how they interact. 3. Collaborate with the development team, art team and other related teams, create prototypes and refine designs to ensure an enjoyable player experience, pacing, content pipeline, monetization and retention mechanism.

The expected base pay range for this position in the location(s) listed above is PLN40.00 to PLN67.31 per hour. Actual pay may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Employees hired for this position may be eligible for a sign-on payment, relocation package, variable payment, and restricted stock units, which will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
