We are experts in all areas of anti-aging. Our suite of professional products includes dermal fillers, biorevitalizers, tissue regeneration systems, healing serums and one-of-a-kind technological devices for aesthetic and surgical markets in over 80 countries worldwide.

We are seeking a Cosmeceuticals Marketing Specialist to support product launches and packaging/merchandising projects. In this role, you will work closely with the factory team and creative agencies and partner with internal departments such as regulatory, medical, supply and logistics. You will develop marketing toolkits to drive effective product launches and market engagement. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of creativity, analytical skills, attention to detail, and strong execution skills, combined with a deep understanding of the cosmeceuticals/beauty market.

Core responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement effective marketing plans based on market needs to achieve business goals and enhance market share.
  2. Provide comprehensive briefs for creative agencies ensuring that design reflects the product's brand, functionality, and market positioning.
  3. Create engaging and educational marketing materials (brochures, product sheets, digital assets) for B2B and B2C channels.
  4. Contribute to packaging projects by managing the full lifecycle of packaging development—from concept through packaging development to product launch—ensuring alignment with technical product specifications and regulatory (labelling) requirements.
  5. Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing and packaging materials.
  6. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, competitive landscape and collect data to analyse sales, business drivers and identify opportunities for growth.
  7. Foster strong collaboration with cross-functional teams including sales (affiliates and distributors), medical, events, training, supply chain, R&D, and suppliers.
  8. Facilitate effective communication with markets to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
  9. Contribute or lead ad hoc projects upon request.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, cosmetology, or a related field - an advanced degree is a plus.
  2. Fluency in English both written and oral.
  3. Experience in developing marketing toolkits for product launches and/or in packaging projects within the cosmeceutical, pharmaceutical, aesthetic medicine or related industries.
  4. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  5. Exceptional communication and writing skills for creating compelling marketing materials.
  6. Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy and consistency in marketing materials and campaigns.
  7. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
  8. Proactive and solution-focused approach to effectively address challenges and drive results.
  9. Solid interpersonal skills to build strong relationships and work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
