Your responsibilities would include:

  1. Assist in performing 'AS IS' analysis during Solution Identification (SOLID) phase and collect required information for the Change Impact analysis; facilitate impact analysis execution and resolution.
  2. Assist in successfully closing gaps between "as is" and "to be" situation.
  3. Provide expert knowledge of the subject area and the project methodology.
  4. Write and review level 5 Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs).
  5. Develop User Acceptance Test (UAT) scenarios and test scripts.
  6. Prepare test data for UAT performance and execute the first round of tests before handing over to end users for UAT.
  7. Coordinate testing cycle (authorizations, UAT, end-to-end tests, regression testing).
  8. Report back on defects detected during testing and coordinate defect resolution.
  9. Develop and coordinate communication materials related to New Ways of Working.
  10. Identify training needs and conduct trainings for end users.
  11. Provide inputs for Toll Gate decks (milestones).
  12. Log risks and issues that appear during configuration, training, or other activities and follow through on resolution.
  13. Perform analysis during Ramp-up phase and propose corrective actions.
  14. Validate SLAs/KPIs/PPIs.
  15. Identify improvement opportunities.
  16. Capture lessons learned and best practices from each implementation and integrate them into future impact resolution/improvement roadmaps.
  17. Ensure adequate handover to Business as Usual (BAU) after Stabilization phase.
  18. Drive personal development in leadership, functional competencies, and business knowledge by creating, agreeing, and implementing a Development Plan.
  19. Develop core end-to-end HEINEKEN process knowledge in the subject area.

You are a good candidate if you have:

  1. End-to-end understanding of finance processes.
  2. Understanding of the end-to-end process strategy and its application to tasks and responsibilities, and ability to explain them to relevant stakeholders.
  3. Demonstrated expertise in one of the transactional processes or finance solutions (tools).
  4. Proven experience with multiple tools and methodologies and familiarity with an ERP system.
  5. Strong analytical and project management skills.
  6. Strong and effective communication and presentation skills, strategic thinking, and effective time management.
  7. Able to communicate well with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  8. (HEINEKEN experience with an understanding of Finance processes and OpCo situation would be an advantage.)
  9. Understanding and knowledge of StP Finance Global Standards and bank connectivity (or bank platforms), Query tool (SSF-IC, SharePoint, ServiceNow, HeiFlow).
  10. Working knowledge of payment processing (including validation and approval workflow).
  11. Preferably have operational experience in StP (Invoice processing, Payments, etc.).
  12. Basic understanding of payment systems, API integration, and data analysis tools.
  13. Understanding of payment file structures (both in MT and MX formats).
  14. Basic knowledge of electronic bank statement structures in relevant formats (MT940/942, CAMT053/052).
  15. Proficiency in comprehending technical documentation and liaising with various stakeholders.
  16. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  17. Robust attention to detail.
