Element is seeking a Desktop OS/Network Hand&Eyes support specialist in Poland. You will provide deskside desktop support at end-user locations, perform OS installations, and assist with LAN rollouts and upgrades on-site.
Responsibilities include resolving incidents, documenting IP addresses for network hardware, and aiding Cisco-related troubleshooting on Windows platforms. Strong Windows problem- solving skills are required.
