Job Description

We are looking for people with:

  1. Experience as a Product Manager or similar role in technology or tech advocacy in the Customer Experience.
  2. Passion about AI (know and observe the new trends and solutions). Experience in developing automation or no-code/low-code applications is a plus.
  3. Based on gathered data can make recommendations and decisions about product roadmap.
  4. Problem-solving abilities and strong decision-making skills.
  5. Ability to see the product through the eyes of the clients and understand their needs.
  6. Interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills (including C-level stakeholders).
  7. Agile methodologies and managing product backlog experience.
  8. Experience designing and implementing changes based on A/B testing and data analysis.
  9. Very good business writing skills.
  10. English at minimum B2 level and Polish at minimum C1 level.

In your daily work, you will handle the following tasks:

  1. You will develop automation-product vision, roadmaps, and timelines and manage the delivery of features and enhancements.
  2. Define, monitor, and review relevant product KPIs, and understand the differences between input and output measures.
  3. Build a plan for the products for at least a quarter and product vision for at least 1 year, determining the increments that plan to be achieved and what effects it will bring.
  4. You will collaborate with stakeholders to understand and reconcile users' needs and translate them into new functionalities.
  5. You will manage and prioritize the product backlog in collaboration with a team of engineers to ensure work is aligned with strategic goals.
  6. You will facilitate communication across different teams and stakeholders to align objectives and ensure everyone is on the same page.
