Senior Recruitment Leader & Talent Acquisition Specialist | Expert in Strategic Recruitment | CHRP Certified

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Full Desk Technical Recruiter to join our team in a fully remote capacity. This role is ideal for a self-motivated professional with a proven track record of success in full-cycle recruiting. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience managing the entire recruitment process—from client acquisition to candidate placement—within the technical staffing industry. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and excel at building relationships with both clients and candidates, we'd love to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Development: Proactively identify, pitch, and secure new clients in need of technical talent, building a robust portfolio of business partnerships.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Source, screen, and recruit high-caliber technical candidates (e.g., software engineers, IT professionals, data scientists) through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
  • Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job intake with clients, candidate interviews, offer negotiation, and placement follow-up.
  • Relationship Management: Foster strong, lasting relationships with clients and candidates to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Market Expertise: Stay informed on industry trends, technical skill demands, and market conditions to provide strategic insights to both clients and candidates.
  • Performance Goals: Meet or exceed recruitment targets, balancing client acquisition with successful candidate placements.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Full Desk Recruiter, with a focus on technical roles (e.g., IT, software development, engineering).
  • Demonstrated success in both business development (finding clients) and talent acquisition (sourcing candidates).
  • Strong understanding of technical job requirements and the ability to assess candidate fit for specialized roles.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Proficiency with recruiting tools such as ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing platforms.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required with equivalent experience.
