Join us on this exciting cyber security and compliance journey and play a pivotal role in securing our digital strategy.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate closely with our Digital Technology leadership team and the Global Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) and Global Head of Information Security Management to drive compliance and security projects.
  • Support our cyber security and compliance journey by advising business on how to implement cybersecurity and compliance best practices and standards.
  • Strengthen our cyber security and compliance area within Risk Management, Application Security, AI, and/or Cloud Security.
  • Work in an agile environment, supporting each other in our international team, and providing coverage across the above areas as needed.
  • Foster collaboration with stakeholders from different Falck business entities globally, ensuring alignment and effective communication.
  • Prioritize tasks and close them efficiently, meeting priorities and ensuring cyber security and compliance requirements are met.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Proven experience and expertise in information security and compliance.
  • Familiarity with ISO 27001 and 27701 standards.
  • Strong knowledge in at least one or more of the following areas: Risk Management, Data Privacy, AI, Compliance, Application Security, and Cloud Security.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent communication and prioritization skills and ability to efficiently close tasks.
  • Agile mindset and willingness to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Good understanding of business requirements.
  • Company language is English, and you need to be fluent both verbally and in writing.
  • The position will be based in Warsaw, Poland.
