YOUR ROLE

We are looking for an experienced Storage Administrator to manage, monitor, and maintain our organization's storage systems. The Storage Administrator will be responsible for ensuring the availability, reliability, and performance of our enterprise storage infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of storage technologies, including SAN, NAS, and backup systems, and will play a key role in capacity planning, disaster recovery, and data protection.

YOUR TASKS
  • Manage, configure, and maintain SAN, NAS, and DAS storage solutions to ensure high performance and availability.
  • Implement and maintain backup and recovery solutions, ensuring data integrity and protection.
  • Provision storage, including volume creation, LUN masking, and file system management.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to support storage needs for databases, virtualization, and other applications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve storage-related issues, working with vendors and internal teams.
  • Participate in capacity planning, forecasting, and implementing replication technologies for disaster recovery and high availability.
YOUR PROFILE
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in enterprise storage administration.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in SAN, NAS, DAS, and cloud-based storage solutions; hands-on with storage management platforms (e.g., NetApp, EMC, HPE 3PAR).
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with RAID levels, LUN provisioning, and storage protocols (iSCSI, Fibre Channel).
  • Backup Solutions: Experience with backup and recovery tools (e.g., Veeam, Commvault).
  • Scripting: Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python) is a plus for task automation.
  • Languages: Proficiency in French and English with strong communication skills.
