Roles and Responsibilities:- Monitor the product data creation process to ensure timely and complete data availability for pre-sales and sell-through period.
- Collaborate with data owners for products to ensure that accurate product information and digital assets are delivered to PIM and DAM systems.
- Check data completeness, accuracy, and consistency with the European product range.
- Work closely with teams responsible for Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), SAP, and business units to streamline the data creation process.
- Identify inefficiencies in data management processes and propose solutions to enhance data quality and timeline.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on data readiness status and escalate any delays or issues affecting timelines.
- Manage projects related to the coordination of new collections' data creation, ensuring that key milestones are achieved on time and any risks to deadlines are mitigated effectively.
- You have gained solid experience in product data management area.
- You have good knowledge on PIM.
- You are proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with Power BI or any other analytical tool – a strong asset.
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with diverse teams.
- You have excellent command of English language, both spoken and written; Polish – a plus.
