BIM Coordinator (Revit / Luxury Hospitality)

BIM Coordinator (Revit / Luxury Hospitality) £40,000 - £45,000 + International Travel + Healthcare Plan + Flexible Working Hours + Team Events + Pay and Role Progression London. This role will see the successful candidate ensure team optimisation for working in Revit, overseeing associated technologies and workflows, ensuring delivery of coordinated models and overseeing the production of data to facilitate delivery of consistent, high-quality project deliverables. The Role:
  1. Create and maintain project-specific BIM guidelines, including model naming conventions, element properties, and data exchange protocols.
  2. Oversee the overall BIM process, ensuring smooth data exchange between different design teams and disciplines.
  3. Utilise Building Information Management software to identify and resolve conflicts between different design elements within the model.
  4. Assess the accuracy and quality of BIM models to ensure compliance with project requirements.
  5. Ensure the project team understands and follows the BEP, which outlines the BIM strategy for the project.
  6. Participate and lead coordination meetings to discuss model updates, identify issues, and resolve clashes.
  7. Act as a central point of contact for BIM-related questions and concerns from clients, consultants, and contractors.
The Person:
  1. Proven experience with Revit.
  2. Proven experience within a similar position.
  3. Experience across multiple RIBA stages.
