We are looking for an RTR Accountant to join our team, responsible for supporting the accounting process in the areas of month-end closing, financial reporting, analysis, and ensuring compliance with international accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing the full accounting process for Record to Report (RTR).
  • Preparing and analyzing financial reports.
  • Participating in the month-end/quarter-end/year-end closing process.
  • Reviewing accounting documents and ensuring compliance with regulations and internal procedures.
  • Monitoring and analyzing general ledger accounts.
  • Collaborating with other finance and operational departments to ensure data accuracy.
  • Supporting internal and external audits.
  • Assisting with the implementation and improvement of financial processes.

Requirements:

  • A degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in RTR accounting or a similar role.
  • Knowledge of international accounting standards (IFRS, US GAAP) is a plus.
  • Strong command of English – required for communication in an international environment.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
