Credit Specialist

Summary:

An exciting opportunity for a Credit Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining customer credit files, monitoring sales orders, and processing credit applications.

Responsibilities:

  1. Create and maintain accurate customer credit files.

  2. Monitor, release, and hold sales orders as necessary.

  3. Process credit applications, including follow-up on credit references.

  4. Collect past due invoices in a timely manner, resolving customer disputes and building strong relationships.

  5. Perform account reconciliations and post payments.

  6. Respond to customer account inquiries.

  7. Assist with various month-end duties, including detailed account analysis and adjustments.

  8. Develop strong relationships with internal and external customers.

Requirements:

  1. 0-1 years of experience in Accounts Receivable.

  2. Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Finance, or equivalent.

  3. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and Google tools (Google Sheets, Docs, Drive).

  4. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

  5. Highly accurate, with great attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

  6. Able to work independently and as part of a team.

  7. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

  8. Professional and proactive approach to work.

Preferred Skills:

  1. Experience with SAP system.

  2. Experience with Salesforce.

  3. Experience with HigRadius system.
