Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled professional to have a liaison between our HQ and licensees to ensure the highest quality of licensed materials. The ideal candidate would be a Korean, English, and Mandarin Chinese fluent speaker. You should present great attention to detail and the ability to work with cross-function teams. Drive and attitude are very important — if you are willing to learn and constantly push yourself to improve, don't hesitate and send us your application

Daily responsibilities:

  • Working with our Franchise team to align brand identities and deliver the most authentic experience on licensed projects on mobile platforms.
  • Procure assets for licensees by working closely with the Franchise team in Warsaw HQ.
  • Coordinate review and approval process with applicable parties within the company to ensure smooth execution of the project.
  • Act as the main point of contact for major licensees.
  • Aid in the decision-making process for potential licensees.
  • Seek out new license opportunities and collaborations with other games, especially on the mobile space; may aid the Korean office with publishing, as needed.
  • Act as a liaison between external licensees and internal resources. Work closely with the Franchise team, Business Development team, and other teams as needed.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in project management in an entertainment company, video games preferred.
  • Team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and organized work approach.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English; Korean and Mandarin Chinese fluency strongly preferred.
  • Attention to detail and precision in work.
  • Passion for video games.
