Infopulse is inviting talented professionals to join our team as a Middle/Senior UI/UX Designer in Poland . You will be responsible for designing and implementing new features as well as maintaining existing apps.

Areas of Responsibility

  • Develop high-fidelity mock-ups based on user flows, wireframes, and existing design guidelines
  • Negotiate with stakeholders to develop and refine rough and fine concepts
  • Keep user's perspective in mind and, at the same time, think in a conversion-optimized way
  • Iterate each of your developed concepts from a design and user perspective with the interdisciplinary project team and always keep the big picture in mind
  • Develop interaction concepts and define the basic content of the elements
  • Collaborate closely with the development team and ensure that the implementation is in line with conceptual and visual ideas
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and ensure graphic design quality while developing their ideas into visuals

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience as a user interface and user experience designer for mobile applications
  • Degree or training in interaction design, information design, communication design, or similar domain will be beneficial
  • Experience in wireframing, prototyping, and UI design
  • Excellent proficiency in Figma
  • Attention for detail and focus on cross-platform and cross-product consistency in the design language
  • Self-driven and proactive personality
  • Ability to work effectively in a changing environment
  • Capacity to perform tasks creatively, independently, and in a structured manner
  • Ability to question ideas and concepts to achieve the best result considering holistic user experience
  • Ability to use a good sense of innovation, provide intuitive ideas and designs, always look for new UI/UX trends to share within and outside your team
  • Ability to inspire with ideas and to give constructive feedback based on your experience
  • Efficient communication in English (both spoken and written), ability to participate in meetings with the customer
