Candidate overview:

We are looking for a person with strong interpersonal skills to effectively interact with all teams, areas and levels in the business.

Key responsibilities:

  • Cost reduction, supplier performance, risk mitigation, support to top line growth and innovation through the leverage of Procurement best practice tools
  • Support local stakeholder management to ensure alignment between business and procurement objectives
  • Be the point of contact for procurement for Eastern Europe
  • Establish and execute, in line with direct manager guidance, supported by tools and policies, procurement activities to drive performance (Cost, Delivery, Services, Top line growth, Compliance, Negotiations, Contract management, ensure proper suppliers quality)
  • Support local deployment of procurement strategies (from Group Categories team) impacting Eastern Europe
  • Ensure effective implementation and compliance with procurement processes
  • Manage stakeholder relations and expectations
  • potential new system implementation support (ERP, SAP) and data analysis (e.g. Spend Cube)

Our requirements:

  • University degree (preferable Economic, Engineering)
  • 3-4 years of working experience in procurement - experience in Direct or Indirect Materials
  • Experience in managing stakeholder relationships - strong interpersonal skills to effectively interact with all teams, areas and levels in the business
  • Experience in working in a matrix organization (shared goals with Category Teams)
  • Autonomous and result oriented person, capable of managing complexity with not always high level of information, decision maker and ability to execute
  • Project management and change management skills appreciated
  • Languages: English (B2 level), Slovak (B2 level), Czech (B2 level) - knowledge 2 of them would be an additional asset
