YOUR ROLEAs an integral part of Capgemini's Finance Powered by Intelligent Automation Consulting (FPIA) Team, you will help guide our Clients towards large-scale transformations using automation and technology solutions at the very forefront of innovation in C2C area. You will have the opportunity to shape the future of business operations at large and will take responsibility for fine-tuning and orchestrating technology-enabled transformation projects.
YOUR TASKS- Participate in the process and technology transformation projects within Finance, supporting Transformation Senior Consultants and Transformation Managers in successful development and delivery of the project deliverables.
- Participate in projects related to: target operating model design, process design, process and technology maturity assessment, benchmarking, GBS/SSC set up, automation potential assessment, ERP/Platform solutions implementation, RPA implementation, training delivery, change management, and similar.
- Be part of projects for external Clients as well as for internal Capgemini Business Services Engagements.
- Operate at the level of Subject Matter Expert and trusted advisor for clients within the area of expertise.
- Learn and apply different process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean Six Sigma / DGEM Benchmarking) to the area of expertise for continuous improvement and transformation purposes.
- Act as a Stream Lead or Project Lead for non-complex projects, having full accountability for high-quality deliverables with minimum guidance.
- Own certain project deliverables related to documentation of identified process challenges, potential improvements and benefits, future processes, and operating models.
- Participate in the Target Operating Model and Process Design workshops, leading different project work streams and supporting the documentation of agreed solutions and decisions.
- Prepare final deliverables for Clients depending on the scope of the project, i.e., business requirement documents, solution documents, technical designs, benchmarking report out.
- Proven experience in finance transformation (at least 7 years) and very strong end-to-end process knowledge within finance (Receivables, Credit to Cash, Order to Cash) with a very good understanding of GBS/SSC/BPO operating models.
- Experience in process design and documentation preparation.
- Experience in process mapping in Visio, Business Optix, Signavio, Aris (or similar) including BPMN notation awareness.
- Continuous Improvement, Client value, and Innovation mindset with proven benefits delivered.
- Ability to articulate the recommended solution clearly in the form of presentation.
- Experience in project type of work, with frequent Client interactions (i.e., workshops, presentations, trainings).
- Experience in facilitating workshops and meetings.
- Knowledge and experience in at least one of the ERPs: S4H, SAP ECC or Oracle.
- Very good understanding and/or implementation experience of Receivables, Credit to Cash, Order to Cash technologies (Blackline, High Radius, Sarala SaaS Platforms, RPA, Intelligent Automation solutions).
- Fluent spoken and written English.
