Intetics Inc., a leading American technology company specializing in custom software application development, distributed professional teams creation, software product quality assessment, and "all-things-digital" solutions, is looking for a Senior UX Designer to join our team and help create intuitive, user-centered experiences for innovative medical device software products.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and business requirements in the medical device sector
- Translate complex requirements into intuitive and visually appealing designs
- Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD
- Develop and maintain a reusable design system to ensure consistency across medical device software products
- Provide UX solutions and recommendations to enhance usability and the overall user experience
- Work closely with product owners, developers, and stakeholders throughout the design lifecycle
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and UX best practices within the healthcare and medical device domains
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong focus on web-based information systems
- Previous experience designing software solutions for the medical device, healthcare, or life sciences industries
- Strong expertise in user flows, wireframing, mockups, interactive prototyping, and responsive web design
- Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, Axure RP, InVision, Adobe XD, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign
- Experience creating and maintaining design systems and UI component libraries
- Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and SASS
- Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills
- Ability to effectively work within cross-functional and Agile teams
Nice to Have
- Experience conducting usability testing and user research
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and healthcare compliance requirements
- Understanding of front-end development workflows
- Experience with complex enterprise or data-driven applications
