Our client is an insurance sector company. The primary goal of the project is to develop a tool for registering and managing bonds across global markets (US, Europe, Asia, Latin America).

The project also supports claims processing and financial analysis for entities/companies operating in the insurance sector.

Required Language: English (minimum B2 level)

We seek a communicative individual who can take ownership of their work, delivering results beyond task completion.

Technical Requirements:

  • Excellent knowledge of Ruby on Rails
  • Nice to have: React, Java, SQL, JavaScript
  • Willingness to provide on-call support during specified hours (6 AM to 4 PM)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop code according to established standards
  • Create unit tests
  • Active participation in Scrum ceremonies: daily meetings, retrospectives, refinement sessions, planning
  • Present progress demos to the internal client
  • Support leaders and Product Owners in communication with other teams regarding dependencies and technical issues
  • Handle incidents during on-call shifts
