Your role in a nutshell:
As a Resource Manager, you'll be essential in ensuring the smooth flow of projects, effectively delegating tasks, and coordinating between creative teams and the client services department. Your main responsibility will be to ensure that all projects are delivered on time, to the highest standards, and within budget.
You'll also play a key role in optimizing resource allocation, making sure the right people are assigned to the right projects. By understanding both client requirements and the skills and aspirations of our team members, you'll strike a balance between business and client needs to ensure the most efficient and effective use of resources.
- Reporting Line: Traffic Leader
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Resource Planning – analyzing resource needs, forecasting staffing requirements, and collaborating with department leaders to predict needs based on project deadlines and business growth.
- Project Coordination – monitoring project progress, assigning tasks based on team members' skills, and managing collaboration with suppliers and internal teams.
- Resource Allocation – assigning the right people to projects, optimizing resource utilization, and identifying training and recruitment needs.
- Communication and Collaboration – resolving issues, promoting teamwork, and implementing new tools (including AI) to enhance team efficiency.
- Quality Monitoring – ensuring projects meet quality standards, analyzing performance, and optimizing processes.
- Reporting and Analysis – preparing reports on resource utilization, efficiency, and providing recommendations for process improvements.
- Risk and Change Management – identifying potential risks, such as staffing shortages or skill gaps, and developing contingency plans for unexpected changes in team composition.

What you need to be successful:
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an international setting.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence.
- Ability to allocate resources effectively and balance workloads.
- Solid problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
