Your role in a nutshell:

As a Resource Manager, you'll be essential in ensuring the smooth flow of projects, effectively delegating tasks, and coordinating between creative teams and the client services department. You'll also play a key role in optimizing resource allocation, making sure the right people are assigned to the right projects.   • Reporting Line: Traffic Leader

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Resource Planning – analyzing resource needs, forecasting staffing requirements, and collaborating with department leaders to predict needs based on project deadlines and business growth.
  • Project Coordination – monitoring project progress, assigning tasks based on team members' skills, and managing collaboration with suppliers and internal teams.
  • Resource Allocation – assigning the right people to projects, optimizing resource utilization, and identifying training and recruitment needs.
  • Communication and Collaboration – resolving issues, promoting teamwork, and implementing new tools (including AI) to enhance team efficiency.
  • Quality Monitoring – ensuring projects meet quality standards, analyzing performance, and optimizing processes.
  • Reporting and Analysis – preparing reports on resource utilization, efficiency, and providing recommendations for process improvements.
  • Risk and Change Management – identifying potential risks, such as staffing shortages or skill gaps, and developing contingency plans for unexpected changes in team composition.

What you need to be successful:

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an international setting.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence.
  • Ability to allocate resources effectively and balance workloads.
