About The Role

We are looking for someone who combines analytical thinking, programming, and strategy development.

Your role will be to turn ideas into working models and algorithms — from concept, through testing, to deployment in real systems.

This is a position for people who enjoy solving complex problems, working with data, and building end‑to‑end solutions.

  • Design and develop data‑driven strategies and quantitative models
  • Build and implement algorithms in Python
  • Develop predictive models (statistical, ML / DL-based)
  • Analyze data and identify patterns / signals
  • Perform backtesting and validate strategies
  • Iteratively improve models based on performance
  • Build tools supporting automated decision‑making
  • Work with large datasets and real-time data pipelines

Candidate Profile

  • Strong Python skills (must-have)
  • Experience with SQL and working with structured data
  • Experience in data analysis, modelling, or algorithm development
  • Solid understanding of statistics and time-series analysis
  • Familiarity with Machine Learning / Deep Learning concepts:
    • regression / classification
    • tree-based models (XGBoost, LightGBM, CatBoost)
    • basic neural networks (feedforward, LSTM / time-series models)

  • can turn ideas into working algorithms
  • tests hypotheses instead of relying on intuition
  • iterates quickly (build → test → improve)
  • is curious about models and why they work (or don’t)

We Offer
