We are looking for a Data Scientist. This role offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of Data Science, Data Engineering, and Financial Crime Prevention while contributing to solutions used across multiple banking environments.

The core facts
- Develop and enhance Machine Learning models supporting AML processes.
- Analyze large-scale datasets and identify opportunities to improve model performance and business outcomes.
- Support deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of ML solutions in production.
- Investigate and resolve data quality issues across multiple data sources.
- Collaborate with Data Engineers on data pipelines, feature engineering, and data preparation processes.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of analytical solutions and operational processes.
- Work closely with AML experts, business stakeholders, and technical teams in an international environment.
Your core competences
- Experience as a Data Scientist, ML Engineer, or in a similar analytical role.
- Hands‑on experience with Machine Learning model development and lifecycle management.
- Strong Python and SQL skills.Experience working with large and complex datasets.
- Understanding of Data Engineering concepts and data pipeline design.Familiarity with Databricks or similar Big Data platforms is a strong advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, particularly in data quality and data‑driven decision‑making.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across international teams
