Department Overview

CommandCentral Records & CAD teams are responsible for building brand new, cloud-hosted products that streamline the capture, correlation, and real-time distribution of mission-critical information for improved dispatch decision-making, increased responder awareness and safety as well as smart and context-aware information retrieval. The team is responsible for an end-to-end software development life-cycle that includes development, testing and maintenance of the systems we build.

Job Description

As part of the CommandCentral CMS team you will be responsible for building a brand new Case Management application for helping police officers deal with complex law incidents.

The main Tech Stack: Angular 17+, Javascript, Typescript, CSS, HTML, W3C Web Standards

Basic Requirements

Required Qualifications:

  • An experienced and hands-on Javascript programmer (Javascript / Typescript or any other high-level programming language)
  • Practical experience with Angular
  • Practical experience with modern CSS frameworks and/or CSS3
  • An expert understanding of web page building, packaging and deployment processes
  • Familiarity with microfrontend solutions
  • Practical experience in the developing and maintenance of large size software systems (testing, CI/CD, etc.)
  • Proven knowledge of W3C web standards
  • Problem solver - able to work under minimal supervision
  • A great team player
  • Good verbal and written English communication.

Would be a plus:

  • Practical understanding of machine learning tools and libraries
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Math or related fields.
