We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Conga RLP Platform Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our e-business solution built on the Conga Revenue Lifecycle Platform (RLP). This role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining the architecture of our e-business solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements and industry standards.

Your Responsibilities:
  1. Establish a working relationship with the delivery team, managing the introduction of new services, service improvements, and (eventually) service reductions and retirements.
  2. Lead activities related to solution technical design, development, and support.
  3. Support IS Service Manager and Program Manager in delivering IS solutions/services according to agreed-upon Service Level Agreements (SLAs), on time, within budget, and at high quality.
  4. Recommend improvements to processes and technology that improve the effectiveness of the team.
  5. Review and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems and develop strategies for improving or further leveraging these systems. Capable of successfully engaging in multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  6. Engage in requirement gathering to decide which requirements are covered by available standard functionalities, and for which functionalities enhancements are needed.
  7. Create and review technical specifications based on business requirements (high and low level design documents).
  8. Manage the quality of deliverables (code, technical documentation, etc.) according to the defined software development process.

Your Background:
  1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in software architecture and design.
  3. Experience in the Energy sector or B2B market is a plus.
  4. Strong knowledge of CPQ like solution (preferably Conga).
  5. Proficiency in integration technologies and APIs.
  6. Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices and compliance standards.
  7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  8. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  9. Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
  10. Strong understanding of integration best practices and excellent relationship skills working with business leaders, stakeholders, infrastructure team, and various development teams across the organization.
  11. Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
