**Job Title:** Chinese Translator/Interpreter

We are seeking a highly skilled Chinese translator and interpreter to represent our client in dealing with customers, translate communication, interpret during meetings, cooperate with various departments, and support the Management Board.

Responsibilities:
  • Representing the company in customer dealings;
  • Translating outbound/inbound communication;
  • Interpreting during online/offline meetings with Chinese-speaking customers;
  • Cooperating with various departments in delivering messages, advice, and solutions;
  • Supporting tasks of the Management Board.
Requirements:
  • Secondary education (high school diploma);
  • Native or native-level Chinese language skills;
  • Excellent verbal and written English language skills;
  • Good organisation and task management skills;
  • A good demeanor and professional attitude towards work;
  • Independent and proactive approach to ongoing tasks;
  • Reliability, punctuality, and commitment;
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills with empathy;
  • Experience in office work and customer support is an advantage.
