IF YOU ARE
  • Experienced in HelpDesk systems
  • Familiar with MS Windows 10, MS Windows 11, MS Office, and OS X
  • Skilled in basic MS Windows Server administration
  • Proficient in basic Linux-like system administration
  • Effective in configuring workstation hardware and peripheral devices
  • Confident in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
  • Organized in managing tasks using checklists
AND YOU WANT TO
  • Work with installation and configuration of workstation software as part of the hiring procedure or by individual user request
  • Serve as an escalation point for related issues and provide advisory and issue-resolving services
  • Manage technical fault analysis and troubleshooting, detect the root causes of problems, and make decisions for their resolution
  • Track tickets to closure or escalate them to an L3 engineer if additional advisory is required
  • Perform workstation hardware and peripheral device maintenance
  • Install and configure workstation hardware on demand for hiring or relocation requests and uninstall it in case of dismissal
  • Cooperate with service centers, vendors, and suppliers for hardware device repair services
  • Ensure logistics for transporting hardware devices between company offices, service centers, vendors, and suppliers
