The opportunity

Support of the "Accounts Receivable" Function that keeps our organization on a long-term success. This role will establish a trusted relationship with our clients, understanding their needs and teaming with other Finance team members to bring best in class analytical and accounting support, functional expertise and reporting solutions.

Your key responsibilities

  • First contact point for complaints raised by Client Serving Teams located in Germany
  • Support supervising daily, weekly, monthly reporting delivered by Shared Service Center
  • Preparing special analysis requested by Accounts Receivable Lead to support better decision making
  • Attending regular team meetings to discuss actual topics and support evaluating improvements regarding processes, quality and timeline
  • Actively supporting end-of-quarter and year-end financial close tasks for subledger Accounts Receivable
  • Actively participating in the creation of work instructions and guidelines or constantly monitoring, updating and communicating them

To qualify for the role, you must have

  • Excellent knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
  • Confident using technology (including MS Excel, Teams, Outlook)
  • Ability to prioritize day-to-day decisions and work assignments to meet deadlines
  • Proficient at communicating objectives and guiding internal clients to successful resolutions
  • Adept at working as part of a larger team; demonstrating a positive work attitude and commitment to excellence

Ideally, you'll also have

  • Ability to prioritize workload and importance and deliver outputs within strict deadlines
  • Strong communication and partnering skills with people of all levels of the company
  • First experiences with SAP system
