Meet Our Team:

The number of our Pega Cloud SaaS and PaaS customers is rapidly growing. We are looking for individuals who will help us to drive this growth by building highly scalable cutting-edge Cloud Services. The Cloud Engineering Platform Deployments & Data Services team designs and develops the highly available processes associated with the provisioning, configuration, installation, maintenance, upgrade, and deployment of the Pega Platform and its strategic and industry applications. Working in a collaborative environment, your familiarity with Kubernetes, Docker, RDBMS, Application Servers, coupled with excellent Java skills will help drive the future of our Pega Cloud solutions. As part of this team, you will be working to support Pega Infinity running on Pega Cloud, providing the underlying functionality leveraged by our Pega Cloud Operations team helping them to ensure our clients receive data access requests, configuration changes, software maintenance, and updates in a standardized and consistent manner using the latest Cloud technologies all without downtime.

What You'll Do at Pega:

  • Develop tooling supporting orchestration for thousands of Cloud environments,
  • Work daily with Go, Java, AWS, Kubernetes, Helm, Terraform, Docker,
  • Work within Scrum, DevOps and MVP frameworks.

You have a high level of technical aptitude with a genuine eagerness to learn, explore and enhance Pega technology using your expertise in cloud technologies and object-oriented development. You possess strong interpersonal skills and thrive in a robust environment that imposes new challenges frequently.

What You've Accomplished:

  • Bachelor/Master's Computer Science degree with at least 1 year of experience in software designing and development,
  • Experience with at least one of Go, Java, or Python,
  • Experience with basic DevOps automation and pipeline tools,
  • Experience with any RDBMS,
  • Familiarity with AWS Cloud, GCP or any other cloud providers,
  • Understanding of Kubernetes and Docker containers,
  • Understanding of basic concepts of Infrastructure as a Code principles (Helm/Terraform),
  • Exposure to Agile methodologies,
  • Quality oriented mindset.
