YOUR ROLE

As a Team Leader, you may be responsible for processing complex transactions, resolving process related issues, preparation and finalization of the period and close activities and reporting (including the interactions with Client's Financial Controllers) and performing and reviewing the reconciliations. You will support a team of individuals in the daily activities as well as in their development. YOUR TASKS
  • Managing a small team and ensuring the delivery of high quality service to the client.
  • Reviewing and approving of General Ledger Journals, Accruals, Provisions, allocations and other entries according to the schedule.
  • Preparation and execution of Period End Close related activities according to agreed time table and procedure.
  • Monitoring of fixed assets related transactions and budgets and contacting the fixed asset owners.
  • Reviewing of bank statements reconciliations, as well as balances on the sub bank accounts.
  • Monitoring the status of Intercompany reconciliation.
  • Monitoring of Period End Close progress, interacting (and escalating if required) with Client's Finance Controllers or Process Owners.
  • Supporting Team Manager in handling of escalations from Client stakeholders.
YOUR PROFILE
  • At least 3 years of experience in Finance R2R area.
  • Fluent level of English.
  • Experience in people management as Team Leader /Team Leader's Backup/Coordinator.
  • Accounting process knowledge.
  • At least a Bachelor's degree.
  • Multitasking, attention to details and ability to organize your own work according to procedures.
