About the Role

As a Senior Salesforce Consultant, you play an essential role in implementing CRM systems within an organization. Your responsibilities will involve collaborating with fellow team members to gather business insights, generate detailed business documentation, outline system requirements, contribute to end-user training preparations, and undertake Salesforce configuration and testing. You will design strategies and processes that align with both technology and business goals.

  1. Have proven experience:
  2. Minimum of 3 years working as a Salesforce Consultant.
  3. Demonstrated success in implementing Salesforce solutions and participating in end-to-end project lifecycles.
  4. Expertise in Agile project management methodologies, including participation in Agile ceremonies.
  5. Are fluent in English (min. B2, preferably also Polish).
  6. Possess deep Salesforce knowledge:
  7. Proficiency in Salesforce products, features and automations.
  8. Experienced with data management, data transformation, and updates.
  9. Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills:
  10. Ability to translate complex business needs into detailed requirements.
  11. Experience in creating comprehensive documentation such as functional specifications, process flows, and system design diagrams.
  12. Capable of performing manual system testing and quality assurance.
  13. Are an excellent communicator and collaborator:
  14. Exceptional communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  15. Ability to present solutions, lead workshops, and facilitate training sessions.
  16. Experience in leading and mentoring junior colleagues and guiding team activities.
  17. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira).
  18. Adopt continuous learning and improvement:
  19. Stay current with CRM industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
  20. Utilize advanced tools such as Gen AI to drive innovations in technical and business processes.
  21. Have Certifications:
  22. Relevant certifications such as Salesforce Certified Business Analyst, Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified App Builder, or equivalent certifications preferred.

Your future role

  1. Business Analysis and Requirements Gathering:
  2. Lead the collection and documentation of detailed business requirements.
  3. Analyze existing business processes to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
  4. Facilitate workshops and deep dive sessions to align business goals with technical solutions.
  5. Solution Design and Documentation:
  6. Design Salesforce solutions that meet business objectives, leveraging best practices and industry standards.
  7. Create comprehensive functional specifications, process flows, and system designs.
  8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and architects, to implement robust solutions.
  9. System Configuration and Testing:
  10. Configure Salesforce platforms, prepare demos and proofs of concept.
  11. Conduct testing to ensure the functionality and quality of Salesforce configurations.
  12. Oversee QA processes and resolve any issues that arise during testing phases.
  13. User Training and Ongoing Support:
  14. Develop training materials and lead training sessions to ensure effective system adoption.
  15. Provide continuous support to end-users, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and enhancing user engagement.
  16. Manage user data, perform system updates, and maintain data integrity.
  17. Project Management and Continuous Improvement:
  18. Support Project Manager in project planning, lead project stream, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure timely delivery of Salesforce solutions.
  19. Stay updated with the latest CRM technologies and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.
  20. Initiate and lead innovations in technical and business processes using advanced tools like Gen AI.
