We offer a three-month internship with the possibility of moving to the project after completion. You will gain knowledge of enterprise 5G product fundamentals, standards, and technologies that enable innovative telecommunication products. You will acquire the crucial knowledge needed to become a successful software engineer capable of tackling challenges during modern system development. You'll enrich your professional experience via learning, solving ambitious tasks, and collaborating with a team of peers led by experienced engineers and technical leaders. You will also work on a PoC project and learn about the practicalities of commercial SDLC, such as Agile, systems, tools, and team processes. Requirements
  • Hands-on proficiency in Docker/Kubernetes
  • Some scripting languages (Python, bash, etc.)
  • Understanding of Networking principles
  • Generic understanding of Radio Access Network (RAN) technologies (i.e. LTE, 5G) and trends (Cloud RAN, Open RAN, etc.)
  • Git and Gerrit experience would be a plus
  • Good written and spoken English
Job Responsibilities
  • Attend the training sessions, ask relevant questions, and participate in group discussions to advance learning
  • Finish the assigned exercises and practical tasks within given deadlines to reinforce theoretical knowledge through hands-on practice
  • Dedicate time to self-study, including reviewing training materials, conducting additional research, and keeping up with industry requirements relevant to the program
  • Contribute to the development of the PoC project by actively joining brainstorming sessions, dividing tasks, and ensuring the accurate completion of your portion of the work
  • Take personal initiative to identify areas for improvement and seek out additional learning resources, such as online courses or documentation, to enhance skills in critical areas
  • Maintain clear and open communication with instructors and peers, providing constructive feedback, and reporting progress or challenges regularly
  • Follow the training schedule, adhere to the rules and code of conduct of the program, and meet deadlines for all tasks and project turning points
